4th Grade Girls Take Consolation At St. James

ST. JAMES, Mo. - New Haven’s 4th grade girls team played in the St. James Tournament on Saturday.  They began the day suffering an 18-9 loss to Rolla, placing the Shamrocks on the loser side of the bracket.

New Haven came back and knocked of St. James 20-8, advancing into the tournament consolation game.

The Shamrocks held off Hermann 24-18, winning Consolation, topping off a successful weekend with R-II’s 6th grade boys Consolation win in the New Haven Tournament and then both of New Haven’s boys 5th and 6th grade teams second place finishes.

Congratulations to the 4th grade girls team on their consolation win.  Keep up the good work.
