St. Clair, Mo. - Today at the Four Rivers Conference Meet, three sophomores and one senior, Hannah Pruessner, Kiersten Monzyk, Taylor Covington, and Molly Munsinger, ran the fastest time ever in 4x400 relay at the Four Rivers Conference meet, setting a new record of 4:12.93 (correction made)
After further research, Coach John Tucker just informed us the school record is 4:12.2, however they did break the Four Rivers Conference Record, which is quite an accomplishment with New Haven being the smallest school in the FRC.
While the school record still stands, the FRC record is now owned by the green and white.
Much more about New Haven’s historical day along with Seth Schenck’s “Prefontaine” like performance winning both the 800 and 1600.
Moments ago a very excited Coach John Tucker told QuickNewsNow, “Overall and I am talking about JV and Varsity, I could not be more pleased with how well we competed as a team.”
Much more, including video, and our interview with coach Tucker.
