SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING remains in effect until 6:30 p.m.

6:07: A Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for Northwestern Osage, Montgomery, Gasconade, and Eastern Callaway Counties until 6:30 p.m.

5:47: Current radar image.  Towns located inside the projected path of the storm could expect a Warning to be issued.

Assuming the storm continues to maintain it's strength.

5:30: The National Weather Service in St. Louis has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning in effect until 6 p.m. for Gasconade County, Southwestern Franklin County, and Northwestern Crawford County.

At 5:15 p.m. a Severe Thunderstorm was located 8 miles north of St. James and moving northeast at 35 mph.

This storm is capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds with gusts of 60 mph.
